Meet Chef Chris

Chef Chris Bailey has cooked in numerous kitchens in Portland, bringing more than 10 years of restaurant, business and kitchen experience to the table. Departing Portland in 2014, Chef Chris began his next role with the distinguished underground supper club, Dinner Lab. Here, he was given the opportunity to travel the country,

growing his culinary expertise while working alongside the nation’s most prestigious chefs and culinary influencers. He set up creative and innovative pop-up restaurants that introduced a new style of

cooking and ground breaking food.

Since returning to Portland, Chef Chris remains a force with boundless energy, owning his own business, cooking at popups and consulting fellow small businesses. He possesses a unique style of cooking influenced by his upbringing in Hawaii. His ultimate goal is to make people smile with his refined style of comfort cooking as he once did back in the kitchen with his mother.
